The proposed ferry landing site offers interesting views of the city’s waterways and skylines, surrounded by housing and a park. As such, the proposed program is a mixed-use terminal that serves the ferry landing, but also addresses needs of the commuters and local community. Besides the terminal, the large amount of space are devoted to a retail market, warehouse space, and a food incubator for aspiring cooks and chefs.
